Thai YOga Massage & Partner Stretching Workshop for Couples

Take your couple’s massage, stretching and even yoga practice to the next level with this fun, playful and truly profound workshop. I will guide you through a sequence of deeply relaxing and releasing Thai Yoga Massage stretches, twists and dynamic compressions. You will be able to seriously take care of your partner with very little physical effort on your part. Each of you will have the chance to give and receive the work and you will get a workbook to take home with you so you can keep practicing.  


This two-hour workshop focuses on the most dynamic and effective stretches used in Thai Yoga Massage and can be taken by couples or friends with no massage or stretching experience as well as licensed massage therapists and bodyworkers from other disciplines.


You will learn how to give anyone a thoroughly relaxing and refreshing Thai Massage and Passive Stretching experience anywhere including deep hip openers, leg and arm stretches, back bends, and soothing shoulder and neck massage. 


The workshop is designed for two people to attend together. You do not need to be a graduate of the Couple’s Massage Workshop to take this workshop because we do this one on the floor and use different techniques. You just need to be able to sit down on the floor and get back up again...several times. You will remain fully clothed during the workshop (make sure to wear loose, comfortable clothing) and no oils or lotions are used.
